ELITE

​Our flagship program. With a dedicated coach to support to guide you along the way. You will receive a Individualised Strength & Conditioning program, testing and coaching from our elite Diamond Coaches.
Also included: mentoring from a Senior Coach who has been to the highest levels of performance. They will assist will goal setting and attainment using all tools at our disposal (tech, partners and other networks) to set you up for success. We can work with your coaches and other medical staff to facilitate maximum performance.

You'll receive access to the expert Diamond Coaches, Diamond HQ & Ballpark with non coach hour swipe access, Recovery Centre including ice bath, sauna & recovery boots and field sessions

GYM STARTER program
​(YOUTH ATHLETES)


- 10 Weeks (Runs Every School term and Christmas Holidays)
- 1-3 sessions per week
- $39/week
- Cancel anytime after the initial 10 weeks

Athletes will move into our Development program once Gym Starter program is completed.

The Gym Starter Program is a 30 session program designed to get young athletes started in the gym. The aim of this program is to introduce young athletes to strength and conditioning by taking part in a program that begins to build a strong foundation for the future, all while developing a love for the gym. It also let's you (Mum and Dad) dip your toe into athletic development before committing to anything more long-term. This program lasts 30 sessions and can be completed at their own pace. Athletes can come in once, twice, or even three times a week to complete the program (maximum of 6-months). After the completion of the initial 30 sessions, you will be given the option to move into our Development program, which is where we will continue to build their athletic foundation but dive a little deeper into individual aspects.

This program allows youth athletes to take part in our curriculum that has been developed to expose young athletes to all aspects of movement competency, and support them through development. This is the most affordable program you will find for young athletes to try athletic development training and learn to love it before moving into anything more specialised training or committing to our Development program.

performance TESTING

Our Performance Testing utilises state of the art VALD technology and specific tests to identify where you are at in terms of your physical performance, and where you need to improve.

We measure your strength, power, force production, and force absorption. We compare this to the standards of your sport and normative data. 

We identify if you are springy, strong, slow or a combination.

We identify potential injury risks.

Best of all, we know how to interpret this data. We take what the data tells us and transform it into key focus areas to help with your athletic development. We then provide you with a report detailing all of the above.

From here, we can use the data and focus areas to create an individualised program, designed to improve weaknesses and maximise your strengths. Our programs help reduce the risk of injury whilst making you a better athlete.
