HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM$69 per week
6-month commitment Mandatory for those aged 17 and above. Available for younger athletes on a case-by-case basis. $295 Full Performance Testing $150 Partial Performance Testing* Join our team of athletes and immerse yourself in High Performance culture. We'll support you with a structured Strength & Conditioning program targeting overall athletic development and goal achievement. You'll receive access to the expert Diamond Coaches, Diamond HQ & Ballpark with non coach hour swipe access, Recovery Centre including ice bath, sauna & recovery boots and field sessions - Subsequent Performance Testing ($1180 Value) - Unlimited Training and Gym Access ($4500 Value) - Individualised Training Program ($2000 Value) - Access to our Recovery Centre ($650 Value) - After-hours access after first block completion - Semi-Supervised Training *The partial performance testing does not include a report, but allows us to conduct performance testing to help guide and individualise the program further. |

performance TESTINGOur Performance Testing utilises state of the art VALD technology and specific tests to identify where you are at in terms of your physical performance, and where you need to improve.
We measure your strength, power, force production, and force absorption. We compare this to the standards of your sport and normative data. We identify if you are springy, strong, slow or a combination. We identify potential injury risks. Best of all, we know how to interpret this data. We take what the data tells us and transform it into key focus areas to help with your athletic development. We then provide you with a report detailing all of the above. From here, we can use the data and focus areas to create an individualised program, designed to improve weaknesses and maximise your strengths. Our programs help reduce the risk of injury whilst making you a better athlete. |

We can work closely with you to help physically prepare the team throughout the season. Our programs are tailored specifically to the sport and can be adapted for every level.
