Who is this program for?
Our Training Programs are for athletes of all levels who want to train with purpose, develop real athletic power, and reach their full potential. Whether you’re an elite competitor, a young athlete preparing for the next step, or simply someone serious about performance, DHP provides the structure, coaching, and tools to reach your goals.
Do I need to be a certain skill level to join?
No! There’s no skill level required - just a commitment to train with purpose. Our programs are tailored to your experience level, sport, and goals. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or wanting to pick up your grandchildren, we’ll build a progressive plan that challenges and develops you at the right pace.
Can DHP work with my existing coach or physio?
Yes! We actively collaborate with your coaches, physiotherapists, and support staff to ensure you get a fully integrated high-performance approach. We can align your strength & conditioning program with your current training, rehab plans, and competition schedule for maximal results.
What’s the difference between DHP and a regular gym?
​Most gyms provide equipment. ​We provide a structured roadmap for peak performance & help you on the journey. You’ll get:

How does performance testing work?
We design a series of tests based on your goals and needs. Upon performance testing, you’ll receive a detailed performance report, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and key areas for improvement.

What if I get injured?
We prioritise injury prevention, but if you do get injured, we’ve got you covered.

✔ In-House Physio Support – Regular check-ins and physiotherapy appointments.
✔ Rehab-Focused Training – Programs can be adjusted to support recovery.
✔ Integrated Approach – We work with your physio & medical team to get you back stronger.

The goal is not just recovery, but long-term injury resilience.
How do I see my program?
​Your Individualised Strength & Conditioning program is delivered through our performance coaching platform, where you’ll have 24/7 access to:

✔ Coach Feedback – Adjustments based on testing & performance

Everything is easily accessible from your phone or computer, keeping your training structured and on track.
How soon will I see results?
