Who is this program for?

Do I need to be a certain skill level to join?
No! There’s no skill level required - just a commitment to train with purpose. Our programs are tailored to your experience level, sport, and goals. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or wanting to pick up your grandchildren, we’ll build a progressive plan that challenges and develops you at the right pace.
Can DHP work with my existing coach or physio?
Yes! We actively collaborate with your coaches, physiotherapists, and support staff to ensure you get a fully integrated high-performance approach. We can align your strength & conditioning program with your current training, rehab plans, and competition schedule for maximal results.
What’s the difference between DHP and a regular gym?
Most gyms provide equipment. We provide a structured roadmap for peak performance & help you on the journey. You’ll get:

We design a series of tests based on your goals and needs. Upon performance testing, you’ll receive a detailed performance report, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and key areas for improvement.

We prioritise injury prevention, but if you do get injured, we’ve got you covered.
